Thin Film Thickness
CRAIC FilmPro™ Film Thickness Measurement Package:
Accurately calculate the thickness of many types of thin films from their UV-visible-NIR reflectance or transmission spectra.
5D Spectral Surface Mapping
Combines hardware and software for automated spectral analysis and 5D mapping of samples with microscopic spatial resolution. 5D maps of the absorbance, transmission, reflectance, film thickness, emission, time and Raman spectra of samples may be generated.
Petrography
CRAIC GeoImage™ Vitrinite Coal Measurement Package
Calculate the true, calibrated vitrinite reflectance spectra of a coal sample to determine thermal maturity.
Kinetic Spectroscopy
