308 FPD™ Microscope Spectrometer
IntroductionThe 308 FPD™ Microscope Spectrometer is designed to add spectroscopy, thin film thickness measurement and colorimetry capabilities to your optical microscope or probe station. It can also be used to upgrade an older microspectrometer with cutting edge optics, electronics and software. The 308 FPD™ microscope spectrometer is able to measure spectra and thin film thicknesses as well as perform colorimetry on the micron scale. This makes it perfect for the analysis of mura, pixel-to-pixel comparisons and even mapping color variations within an single pixel. The latter is especially important with modern microdisplays. Additionally, the 308 FPD™ is able to determine relative intensities of both the displays and their light sources and to measure the thickness of thin films and even cell gaps. The 308 FPD™ attaches to an open photoport and enables you to collect transmission, reflectance, polarization, and emission spectra of microscopic sample areas on many different sized displays. Featuring Lightblades™ spectrophotometer technology from CRAIC, the 308 FPD™ spectrophotometer has a useable spectral range from the ultraviolet to the near infrared. With the 308 FPD™ spectrophotometer, you can acquire high quality spectra of even sub-micron samples rapidly, non-destructively and with ease. FeaturesKey Features*
